Are ACE#1 shoes suitable for daily wear?
Yes! ACE#1 shoes are designed for everyday use. They combine wellness technology with comfort and style, making them perfect for work, casual outings, exercise, and daily activities.
How long does the terahertz technology last?
Your shoes are built for everyday wear. Like any footwear, durability depends on how often and where you use them—but there’s nothing to charge or maintain beyond normal cleaning and care.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 across India. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for ₹200 with 2-3 business day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please check back or contact us for updates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn shoes in original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is free for defective items.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange:
  • Sign in to your account and go to Order History
  • Select the order and click "Return/Exchange"
  • Choose your reason and preferred resolution
  • Print the return label and ship the item back

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide which includes measurements in CM, US, and EURO sizes for both men's and women's footwear. We recommend measuring your foot and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. ACE#1 shoes are designed with cushioning and support, so a slightly larger size will provide better comfort than a tight fit.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. The shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. Simply initiate an exchange through your account or contact our support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders within India. A small COD fee of ₹50 may apply. COD is available for orders up to ₹15,000.
